Originally from Newtown, Connecticut, Hersh earned a bachelor’s degree in history and arts policy from Franklin & Marshall College and a Master of Public Administration in urban and regional planning from the College of Charleston.

“I am grateful to the board of directors for this tremendous opportunity and look forward to working with all the businesses and stakeholders in executing programs that spotlight and improve the district,” said Hersh.
